Tyshawn Davis '04 returned to campus in February for homecoming weekend. He has recently finshied two contract assignments with national firms.
Tyshawn served as an installation technician for J.P. Morgan Chase, where he installed and configured new computers in all Chase bank branches throughout the Tri-State Area. He worked on this project for seven months and was promoted to a lead technician before the contract ended in July of 2006.
His next assignment was with Kraft Global Foods, where he served as an upgrade specialist aiding the company’s upgrade from Windows 2000 to Windows XP. He was based in Tarrytown, NY traveled extensively around the country to various locations to perform upgrades. The project ended in January 2007.
Tyshawn will complete his graduate studies in June 2007 and is currently seeking a position as a contractor. His long term goal is a career in teaching at the high school or undergraduate level.
Tyshawn will marry his girlfriend of six years on July 1st
