Eric Enser, '01 is a Project Leader at Paychex in Rochester, NY. His main focus is the Paychex Agency Inc. Insurance system architecture. He servers as his group's subject matter expert (SME) on all insurance related development (Health and Benefits, Worker's Comp, Disability, COBRA), where he oversees all development relating to Paychex Insurance product offerings. He also reviews developers' approach documents for support and smaller work requests, and leads large scale projects related to insurances.
Project leading involves managing a development project throughout the entire software life cycle -- working with business units to develop requirements, writing a software requirements specifications design document, then managing a team of developers and quality assurance specialists through development, testing, user testing, implementation, and finally post implementation support.
Eric also reports that he spends as much time as possbile bossing Matt Cipollone '04 around. Not really. He admits that Matt has been a real standout in his group, and added that Matt will be getting married this summer. (Hey Matt, what about an update?)
Eric will marry his fiance Janelle on June 2, 2007. They will honeymoon at Sandals in the Bahamas.
